- How long does it take to receive my item?
Free shipping within the United States. It generally takes about 3 working days for order processing and preparation, and the shipping time is usually within 5-20 days.
- My order says delivered, but it is not here?
We have recently had issues with FedEx tracking numbers saying delivered or stuck pending, when in reality the package is still in transit to the destination. We understand this can be confusing and apologize for the inconvenience. If you would, please allow a few more days for the package to arrive at your address.
- What is your return policy?
【Cosmetic Products; Non-devices】
> Simple Remorse:
For the non-device products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products),
We regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.
> Damaged or defective skincare products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products):
A replacement is applicable within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Kindly contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.
【Devices; U.S.】
> Change Mind & Unopened:
A refund due to a change of mind is only eligible within 30 days of receiving and will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.
*In the case of a return for simple remorse (change of mind), the customer is in charge of paying the shipping fee.
> Damaged or defective Device:
A replacement is applicable within one year of the received date. (No refund)
*We do not currently support the free repair service for damage from the customer’s fault within the warranty period.
*For your information, we need proof that your device is defective for a replacement. In this sense, we may ask you to share a video showing the device’s malfunction issues to confirm the defects.
【Devices; International orders】
You will be responsible for paying customs fees and returning shipping fees.
Additionally, we cannot provide free return shipping labels for international customers.
- I would like to cancel my order. How do I do it?

Cancellation is possible only BEFORE orders are packed from our warehouse.
Kindly contact us ASAP with your accurate order number. Then, we will assist you at our earliest convenience by checking real-time order processing stages.
*We will do our best to assist you at our best; however, please note that we cannot guarantee the order cancelation regardless of sending us an email due to the real-time order processing phases.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been fulfilled.
- What is the return period?
The return period is generally 14-30 days.
- Does THE 4Ever Lasting Lash & Beauty pay for return shipping?
THE 4Ever Lasting Lash & Beauty does not cover the cost of return shipping.
