Thus, we highly appreciate it if you pay attention and double-check to provide the correct shipping information during the checkout.

2. I would like to cancel my order. How do I do it?

3. I would like to how I can review my order. Do you send me the order confirmation email?

Right after an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you designated.

If you could not locate the email, please check your junk box just in case the corresponding email was automatically sorted as spam and delivered to the junk box.

4. I would like to change my billing address.

Whether orders are fulfilled or not, the billing address cannot be modified on the seller's side, unlike the shipping address.

Rest assured that we do not send any invoices to the given address. However, if the billing address is sensitive, we suggest you contact us ASAP to cancel your order before it's processed from our warehouse or fulfilled so you can place a new order with the correct billing address.

Shipping & Returns:

1. How long does it take to receive my item?

Free shipping within the United States. It generally takes about 3 working days for order processing and preparation, and the shipping time is usually within 5-20 days.

2. I would like to know how much the shipping fee would be.

3. I would like to know what to do if I cannot find out my package marked as delivered.

If you cannot find a package marked as delivered, recheck your mailbox or parcel dropbox to see if the package is there.

If you still cannot find it out after doing so, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier (UPS-USPS) to inquire about the exact location of your parcel.

Occasionally, if there is no secure location to store the package, the package will be redirected to the local post office for pickup.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you still face difficulty locating your package after directly inquiring UPS-USPS to take action for the delivery issue.

4. Returns

【Cosmetic Products; Non-devices】 
> Simple Remorse:
For the non-device products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products),
We regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.

> Damaged or defective skincare products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products):
A replacement is applicable within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Kindly contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.

 

【Devices; U.S.】
> Change Mind & Unopened:
A refund due to a change of mind is only eligible within 30 days of receiving and will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.
*In the case of a return for simple remorse (change of mind), the customer is in charge of paying the shipping fee.

> Damaged or defective Device:
A replacement is applicable within one year of the received date. (No refund)

*We do not currently support the free repair service for damage from the customer's fault within the warranty period.
*For your information, we need proof that your device is defective for a replacement. In this sense, we may ask you to share a video showing the device's malfunction issues to confirm the defects.


【Devices; International orders】
You will be responsible for paying customs fees and returning shipping fees.
Additionally, we cannot provide free return shipping labels for international customers.

5. What is the return period?

The return period is generally 14-30 days

Payment:

1. I would like to know if I can change the payment method after I place an order.

We cannot change the payment option that the system captures when placing orders. In this case, canceling the current order and reordering with a different payment method is recommended.
